Please be aware as part of the M42 junction 6 improvement scheme, closures and lane restrictions will be in place between 9pm and 5am on the following dates:
Tuesday 14 May and Wednesday 15th May:
- Full closure of M6 junction 4a link roads
- Diversion via: M6 J4, A446, A452, A45 eastbound to M42 J6
- Full closure of M42 southbound between junctions 7a to 6
- Diversion via: M6 J3 returning M6 J4, A446, A452, A45 eastbound to M42 J6
Tuesday 14 May – Friday 17 May:
- Full closure of M6 junction 4 northbound to M42 southbound link road.
- Diversion via: A446, A452, A45 eastbound to M42 J6
Thursday 16 May – Friday 17 May:
- Lane 1+2 closure only on M42 southbound between junction 7 to 6
