On Saturday November 29, Matchroom Boxing brings an unforgettable night of world-class action to the NEC.
Olympic silver medalist Ben Whittaker headlines the event as he makes his highly anticipated Matchroom debut, challenging Germany’s Benjamin Gavazi (19-1, 13 KOs) for the Vacant WBC Silver Light-Heavyweight Title. This is a major step up for Whittaker and a chance to see him in person as he aims to cement his place among the division’s elite.
The undercard is packed with exciting bouts. Cameron Vuong defends his WBO European Lightweight Title in a heated rematch against Gavin Gwynne. Fan favorite Molly McCann returns for her second professional boxing bout, continuing her transition from MMA to the ring. Coventry’s Aaron Bowen faces Tom Cowling for the vacant Midlands Area Middleweight Title, bringing local pride to the card.
