SiD UK Championships returns this July to the NEC Birmingham for an exciting weekend of competitive fitness, ready to Crown the UK Champions!
Individual Athletes - Elites, RX+, RX, Scaled, and Age Groups will be joined with a new Team Division, Teams of 6 in an open division, one leaderboard, it's all to play for!
We welcome back British Weightlifting who will be hosting their British Championships for Masters, Seniors and Para Powerlifting.
SiD Champs this July promises to be an amazing few days of intense competition for some of the best CrossFit athletes in the country and community spirit.
