The stand holder will be required to supply the following:

• At least 1.8 metres of counter workspace is required for the equipment and serving area
• Bar counter should be at least 1 metre high & 600mm deep
• Mains should be sited directly under the counter where the coffee machine and grinders will sit (65mm cable hole required) so counter must sit on a duct. A stand drawing will be required two weeks in advance of the show.
